Shipping & Returns

WHOLESALE ORDERING INFORMATION

·      Please order from our online store.

·      When placing your online order, we accept the following payment options: PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

·      To order from this site, your company must have a valid tax exemption form on file.

·      If you require additional information related to your online order that has been placed, please feel free to contact us at orders@wholebodybutters.com. We will typically get back to you within one day, except for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

·      Once your online order is placed, we immediately begin the fulfillment process. Once an order is fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes. However, if you’ve just placed your order and need to cancel it, please contact us at orders@wholebodybutters.com.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING POLICIES

·      We only ship within the fifty US states. We do not ship to US Territories.

·      We do not ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, or military addresses (APO).

·       Please allow 1-2 business days, after your order is processed, for UPS to pick up your shipment.

·      We do NOT request or require a signature for any deliveries. If you are not home when your package arrives, it is solely up to your delivery person’s discretion whether to leave the package without a signature.

·      All orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will typically begin processing on the following business day.

DAMAGES

If your order is damaged, please contact orders@wholebodybutters.com within 72 hours of receiving your order so we may replace your item(s).

WHOLESALE RETURNS

We hope you are satisfied with your Tatt Butter product(s), but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your online purchase to us within thirty (30) days of the receipt date for an exchange or refund. Shipping cost paid on your original order is non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs (including the cost of insurance if you choose to insure the package). After thirty (30) days, we will only accept returns or exchanges in cases of manufacturer defect.
